International courier charges are based on the higher of the two: Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight (Length x Width x Height / 5000). We will guide you on how to minimize volume.

Yes, you can send medicines. You need to provide a valid doctor's prescription and the original bill. We handle the rest of the documentation.

For personal shipments, we need the sender's KYC (Aadhar/Pan) and the receiver's address and phone number. For medicines, a prescription is added.
