We prepare all required customs documentation including commercial invoices, prescription copies, and known declaration forms from the details you provide. Carriers and authorities decide acceptance, inspection and release.
Temperature-sensitive medicines are accepted only when the selected service confirms suitable handling for the required range. An insulated liner or gel pack alone is not a guaranteed cold chain.
We guide you on what documents are needed. Just provide the doctor's prescription (scanned copy works) and pharmacy bill. We explain the known route documents; the sender remains responsible for complete and accurate information.
Eligible express options can be as fast as 2–3 working days on major lanes. We confirm the route-specific estimate before pickup; tracking starts after carrier activation.
