Spain's border sits with the Agencia Tributaria — AEAT — which enforces EU-wide rules. Since 1 July 2026 the €150 duty-free relief no longer exists; instead a flat €3 customs duty applies per item on low-value parcels, and import VAT is still collected at the door.
